ilOsool was developed by a group of international specialists as a comprehensive illiquid asset trading platform in the MENA region, creating a secondary market for the buying and selling of illiquid assets. Established in May 2013, the platform aims to bridge the gap between deal-seekers and market availability.
ilOsool offers its clients a unique liquidity model, enabling them to effectively price their illiquid or hard-to-value assets such as real estate, venture capital and private equity. It then offers them a platform to list assets for potential investors and enable anonymous but direct trading between buyer and seller. ilOsool has uniquely positioned itself as a virtual, secondary market, allowing seamless transactions that eliminate discrepancies between asking price and bidding price. The result of this secondary market is transparent, accessible trading between investors, buyers and sellers.
Pioneering the development of innovative, value-generating solutions in the MENA region, ilOsool remains on the pulse of ever-changing markets where liquid assets become illiquid rapidly, creating large differences in asking prices and bidding offers. ilOsool’s extensive network in the region and specialist knowledge allows it to help its clients add significant value by resolving liquidity within illiquid markets. ilOsool’s transparent platform and team of specialists save clients from having to sell at steeply discounted rates, ensuring value remains fair for both parties.
To redefine efficient illiquid investments by creating a proficient and transparent platform that provides value-creating solutions for all illiquid investments including real estate, venture capital and private equity.
To become the leading independent provider to the liquidity market and the most trusted source for transparent pricing and advisory solutions for the trade of illiquid investments in the region, allowing investors to easily access capital markets and funding.
